Hi all,
Leith Mudge has asked us on your behalf to request your access to project SEA5000 in DOORS through Citrix system. We have received confirmation from Spain that they have finished the configuration process so we require you to test it and report it back.
To prevent many to-and-fro emails we have created a short online form where you will be able to record your answer where we will be monitoring in case you need further support. It won't take more than 1 minutes.

Hi Peter,
Hope things are going well in Madrid. If I were to guess it might be that you don't have Citrix Receiver installed on you machine. That will probably need to be done by someone with admin privileges. Lannex may be able to do it remotely for you but I think they probably won't be available until Monday as it's Friday evening here.
